Front Desk person needed for a busy professional Pet Grooming Salon.Applicants must love dogs and cats be in good physical condition and be comfortable with big dogs. Must be able to deliver a high level of Client Service in a busy environment and maintain a positive atmosphere. Duties include greeting Clients and Pets handling phones writing and communicating written instructions scheduling reservations checking clients in and out and charging them correctly assisting the Grooming Staff as needed and communicating effectively with them and completing clipping of dog nails for Walk In ServicesMust be articulate a multi-tasker detail-oriented a strong team player and able to work with minimal supervision.Must have excellent guest service skills and strong organizational skills to function well within time constraints. Excellent listening abilities and good judgment skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively in English (written oral). Personal integrity a strong work ethic and dependability are key.Some Week-end shifts will be required as well as other shifts during the week.Prior experience in a Lobby Front Desk Reception area is preferred.
