Must have a working knowledge of H.V.A.C. systems. Good driving record with a valid Driver s License. Reliable transportation. Good communication skills. Working knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance. Office organizational skills. Limited computer knowledge. Flexibility to work days nights weekends holidays or when needed. Ability to lift 60 lbs. consistently. Ability to use ladders frequently. III Supervision Received Retail Director Contracts Director President CEO IV Supervision Exercised None. V. Responsibilities and Duties Maintain a safe work area for all consumers and or job coaches on location. Create estimates for special projects and communicates with contractors. Coordinate special projects for all locations with any or all executive staff. Order and purchase supplies and equipment to repair or replace maintenance issues. Ensure all safe practices and procedures are followed. Perform safety audits at each location. Repair replace or remodel all components at each individual location. Maintain records of supplies and internal and external repairs. Snow removal when needed to include using a truck plow snow blower and shoveling as required. Responsible for the maintenance of the corporate office all retail stores storerooms and other work areas as designated.
