Tapas & Taps is a celebration of local chefs and brewers teaming up to experiment with flavors and push the boundaries of beer pairings. Consider our featured chefs culinary artists using DBC beers as the canvas for creating new masterpiece. The next phase in this (r)evolution is to invite you along for the ride. Join us at the Darwin Brewing Co taproom on the 1st Monday of each month from 7-9pm. Your 25 ticket is your gateway to three tapas courses each paired creatively with a different DBC beer.
