The unit is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Hillsdale square San Mateo and it is a gated community. The apartment is really beautiful with a courtyard inside and is located close to the Hillsdale shopping center. Its also really close to 101 280 and the caltrain station. Amenities - Washer and dryer on every floorElevator Fitness center(if you need more info about the apt please check their website)About the room - -The room is comfortably big and includes a personal balcony accessible from the room. The bathroom is right across the room and is a full bath. See images for details. -The room is not furnished- All utilities will be split equally among us (Water PG& E and internet)About me and what I m looking for - I m a 26 year old guy working for a startup in San Carlos. I m usually at work from 9am to 7pm and come home to have dinner and watch netflix. I can adjust to almost any personality type. If you want privacy you got it. If you want to hang out on the weekends I m open for that too. So I m looking for someone who is quiet nice and easy to get along with. About you and house rules - - Someone professional and being able to pay rent on time- You ll have full access to the kitchen and can cook as much as you want as long as you clean up after yourself which is very important for me. I don t really care about what your room looks like as long as you keep the kitchen and the common areas clean. - Bringing friends over and overnight guests are ok as long as we have mutually agreed to it but no parties sorry. - Pets are ok as long as you clean up after them. And you ll be responsible for any extra payment to the rent charged by the management and for any damages done. The management charges 50 month for pet rent and an additional 500 pet deposit. Availability and rent - Available - Now Rent - 1400 for single person 1700 for couplesLease - You ll have to sign the lease with the management for 12 months but we can do a month to month between us.
