Candidate must have a proven track record in the HVAC industry with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities Respond to incoming sales leads generated through our advertising efforts service department and existing customers base Site Survey of existing homes structural mechanical and electrical systems Select present and propose HVAC systems which best fit the application budget and lifestyle of the customer Follow up with customers to answer questions and complete sales contract and pre-installation package Follow up with customers after the installation to be sure they re happy Follow company policies programs and procedures to ensure complete communication with internal and external customers Other duties as assigned by the Business Manager or OwnerQualifications Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the HVAC industry. Familiar with ACCA Manuals J D and S Detail oriented and Organized Valid clean driver s license Excellent written verbal and organizational skills Must be a Team Player Exceptional customer service skills
