Share a trailer

I m looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom 1 and half bath trailer. We will split the rent and the bills (rent nipsco internet WiFi and cable). I m asking 350 a month. There s parking and no laundry on property. It s located in Calumet Township has a Gary address. It s a small trailer park. I ve been here for 5 years and it s a quiet place. The park has a security system and I have my own security system. Cat friendly. I do all the cleaning. I do have my son s mother living here. I m hoping to get someone for a roommate and possibly friends. I don t ask for much except that you be trustworthy responsible respectable clean and have good communication skills.
