Calling all Citizens Academy alumni we need your help Everyone has an identity how we re stitched together and what we hope to be. When we think of the identity of an organization we use a different word brand. For Hennepin County developing our brand includes knowing ourselves our reputation and more importantly the ways in which the public we are entrusted to serve relate to us. As alumni of the Citizen s Academy you have a particular perspective that we believe will enable us to fill in that picture completely. We are hoping that you will be kind enough to join us for an upcoming discussion about Hennepin County. Your help and insight will help shape the messages we need to live speak and repeat in order to stay true to our residents and our employees. There are 2 options to participate in focus groups at 2 different library locations. This focus group will take place at Pierre Bottineau Library in Minneapolis. Our hope is to have 10-15 people to participate in each focus group....
