I am looking to rent one bedroom in my large 1925 pre-war coop apartment on the upper west side (6 months minimum preferably longer). I live in the apartment as well. The room I am looking to rent is 17 x 12 high ceilings large windows two closets two dressers desk and twin bed. This is a doorman building. The renter would also have access to the kitchen with washer and dryer and the Den with cable TV. Utilities and WIFI included. The renter would use a bathroom located in the hall you would share this bathroom with another person renting a room down the hall. There are three cats that live in the apartment so if you have pet allergies best not to apply. It should be noted that I keep a cat litter in the hall bathroom (it is kept clean). I keep the place neat and I have a house keeper every two weeks. Again I am looking for someone who is clean and responsible preferably age 30 up and Female.
