Assistance needed soon please

Hello I am kindly asking for your help with my current financial situation. I am down to the wire and selling myself hasn t helped me reach my financial goal of 60 000 usd.I currently work as an auto insurance underwriter in San Diego Ca. I have been working for many years but unfortunately I have been weighted down financially because I am funding 2 households and I can no longer keep up with the bills. I take care of my older disabled parents whom can no longer work and live off fixed incomes. I am also responsible for myself and my own debts. Recently I caught a lung infection that kept me out of work for a total of 2 weeks over a 2 months time spand. Consistently going to Emergency room because I had difficulty breathing. with being in the hospital so much I lost wadges from work and now I am still struggling to recover financially. I am asking for 60 000 to help me pay off my parents car my student loans my debt consolidation my over drafted bank account and my regular debts. I want to be able to pay everything off buy myself a car and have a savings to help me avoid disasters like this and I no long have to beg for money or turn to pornography for help. I am in great hope that you will be able to help me with any amount you can and I will be forever grateful for the blessing.
