Affordable 1 bdrm or studio for Semi Retired Teacher

I am a semi retired senior citizen who would like to receive calls about a rental for Oyster Bay or the Surrounding Area. I am a certified teacher for special education general education and can offer my services in exchange for partial or total rent or can pay for an affordable apartment. I have over 40 years experience in Public Private and HomeSchooling and Tutoring and am an expert in these fields. My degrees are from Hofstra University State University College at Brockport NY and C.W. Post College. K-12 and Adult Education. I am a certified teacher and have a Master s Degree in Special Education and Bachelor s Degree in Elem. Educ. etc. I would like to settle in and begin part time full time teaching again with individual families and or schools. I now live in Pennsylvania but moved up from Florida to return to NYS.
