Hello ) I will be out of the country 2 months so Im going to sublet my bedroom from May 31st to July 30th.The apartment is on West 92nd st. between Columbus and Amsterdam Ave one block away from Central Park as well as close to a bunch of shops and also nice restaurants and bars.The apartment is between the 1 2 3 subway line on 96th st. which has an entrance on 93rd st. and Broadway and the B C lines on 86th st. or 96th st. and Central Park West. There is also a bus station (M7 10) right around the corner of 93rd and Columbus ave. You will be sharing the apartment with a very nice girl in her mid 20s who is super respectful professional and has a great sense of humor. I want to make sure that the person gets along well with my roommate so Im looking for someone extremely clean responsible and respectful. Sorry females only. The apartment features high ceilings exposed brick walls hardwood floors and the building has laundry facilities in the basement. There are two bedrooms so you will be sharing the kitchen living dining room ad bathroom. There is also a nice private terrace.The bedroom has full size bed a dresser nightstand and a big closet.The rent is 1 387.50 month plus utilities (that are around 50- 80 month). Youd have to pay for the 1st month 700 of security deposit when you come sign the sublet agreement. The 2nd month has to be paid on June 30th.
