Seeking a Nice 2-3 Bedroom Home

Seeking a home to rent in the 77064 77065 or 77429 Zip Codes. We have spent over 400 on application fees. Our credit isn t good and we have been told by several people credit wasn t a factor job & rental history was most important only to be denied based on credit. We have stellar work & rental history however we are frustrated because our current landlord hasn t maintained the property in the 15 months we have been here based on that we will not sign a new lease. There are issues in our current home that is causing health problems which include but is not limited to black mold & a 100 pound bee hive in the wall. We both have to be within 10 miles of our employment should either be called in. I am an Insurance Agent my fiance works for a Body & Repair shop. Landlord MUST reside in the US preferably in Texas.
