1997 Arctic Fox (made by Northwood better built Mfg of trailers) 27 feet with full AC (Coleman) and 18ft awning propane tank BAL jacks (levelers) etc.. Look no further for this kind of deal. A small epoxy job of the bathroom sink would make it look better (made of plastic overtime it dried and few times bottles of shampoo were slipped from the cupboard above by mistake which caused small cracks -- these are temporarily patched). Sink does not need to be changed at all as the faucets and all works perfectly. Refrigerator replaced with perfectly working small one. For few hundred dollars (Target etc) you can put bigger new one in. Note 1 The ultimate scenario would be a buyer needing to move in immediately at the Newport Dunes since the trailer is in a very good spot (no neighbors on one side or in the back right next to the Resort bathrooms showers) already fully hooked up with the site surrounded by bamboos. Basically TURNKEY.
