900 3br - 3 month lease (May-August) (Falls Church)

I am a looking for an individual who might be interested in a 3 month lease of my room starting May 18th (negotiable) to August 29th. I have an internship this summer in San Francisco so my room will be available to anyone who might have an internship here in the DC areaThe house is a very nice 3-bedroom 2-1 2 bath house in Pimmit Hills (Falls Church VA) You will have your own bedroom and bathroom (with new fixtures) and share the rest of the house with a older White Male housemate (a retired lawyer). Rent is 900 a month and we split the utilities (Verizon FIOS TV fast wired and wireless internet electricity gas for heating and cooking water & sewer and trash collection) for about 200 each monthly during winter ( I m suspecting it ll be cheaper during the summer).The kitchen is large with new refrigerator and new gas stove oven walk-in pantry laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. There is a large family room and a small dining area. Since I live in the room during the school year the room is semi-furnished. I will move everything out from the closet drawers and other places from my room so that it ll be completely open for you to use.We have a spare single size mattress (you can use that) or you can just bring your own blow-up mattress or something and you will be good to go The house is about 3 4 of a mile from the new Silver line McLean station on Dolley Madison (Rt. 123) and a mile and a half from the Orange Line West Falls Church Metro station. For those who might not have a car it might seem a bit far but it only takes about 7 10 min on the bike (going normal speed). Trader Joe s is in the neighborhood as is the new 24-hour Safeway and the Regional Library on Leesburg Pike. We are also close to beautiful downtown McLean Tyson s Corner I-495 I-66 & the Dulles connector as well. My housemate uses the garage but you would have your own off-street parking in the back. We have a storage shed and a nice yard with a patio. Our landlord does the landscaping while we share only the grass-cutting duties. Contact me for any questions pictures and or interest.
