Seeking roommate

I m moving into a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the Ultris at Island park complex in Shreveport. I m 28 year old female from California and looking to rent the second room with someone. I move in April 1 1269 square foot apartment.....your rent covers your room and bathroom and water electric and cable and Internet. The complex has a pool and community room playground fitness and business center and barbecues. Covered parking is extra but complex is gates and in safe area. There are also two lakes they stick with fish you can fish in and even keep what you catch Id prefer female or gay male. I m very easy to get along with and hope to become friends with my roommate.
