Full time 40 hours 3 00p-11 30p and 11 00p-7 30p Part time 16 hours 7 00a-3 30p and 3 00p-11 30p Assesses physical psychosocial spiritual self-care environmental equipment learning and discharge planning needs of patients. Develops an individualized plan of care based on data obtained from all available sources. Implements clinical care and nursing and medical orders in accordance with established standards policies and procedures. Evaluates and reviews effectiveness of interventions and implementation of nursing care. Assumes charge duties of nursing unit under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
