Beautiful home in Summerlin looking for a roommate. Your own room and bath pets okay as long they get along with 2 friendly cats. I m willing to do a flat rate of 675.00 or monthly for utilities. Utilities are about 250.00 depending on the summer months I m on equal pay for electric which helps. Furnished but I can put my things in the garage and you can use your own. Large back yard garage. Smoking okay outside keep it simple no partying late night. Willing to negotiate on the utilities. Me. 50 with one son (20) going into the Marines in a few months.
