Looking for Housemate 4BR 2Â½BA House in Mountain Vie

We re looking for 1 new housemates to live in a large four bedroom 2 bathroom house. We re in the 4th year of renting this place and 1 of our roommates is leaving to live with his girlfriend. The room is available on September 28th though we re flexible about moving things in early or a bit later. The lease renewed in September and will most probably renew next year too. We are firm on finding someone for at least the length of that year no less. The house itself is great A mile from Castro street in Mountain View (Caltrain is at the end of Castro) Quiet and safe neighborhood 2 dining rooms Great kitchen with gas stove and double sink Big living room a huge TELEVISION with Wii PS3 Xbox and media center 2 garage spot (shared we swap each month) and driveway parking with plenty of street parking Large back yard perfect to have friend over and grill on our three BBQs and eat at the patio table Washer and dryer 2 fireplaces Wired and wireless internet to all the rooms...
