Amana Air Command model 80 SSE 80 000 BTU 80% high efficiency residential gas furnace. It was manufactured in 1996 and put into service in December 1997. A new furnace was purchased in December 2000 to take its place and the plan was to keep the Amana as a spare to put it into a rental unit but plans changed. It has been unused and in dry storage since then. The life expectancy on this furnace is 18 years so it has 15 years or more of life left in it. It comes with an Autoflo model 200P humidifier controller and various vent pipes. Also it could also be used in someone s garage. It comes with a complete set of manuals.
