The home health aide is responsible for observing patients reporting and documenting these observations and care performed . The home health aidde e will be assigned by a Registered Nurse in a manner that pro motes quality continuity and safety of a patient s care. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following Baths back rubs personal hygiene changing bed linen assist patients in dressing and undressing skin care to prevent breakdown. Assist patients with toileting activities. Keeping patients living area clean and orderly assisting in feeding if necessary. Doing patients laundlry if needed. Assist in self-administered medication. Documenting temperature blood pressure pulse and respirations when ordered. Must be 18 years of age. Meet the training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws. Ability to read and follow written instructions. Ability to work with little direct supervision. Full and part time available. Evenings and alternating weekends.
