I just moved here from Washington. I have tried and tried to find affordable Sec8 housing for myself and my 13yr old declawed cat. and can t find any that is in a livable condition or not run like a motel. All I need is a nice clean safe secure apartment with all appliances in good working order that fit in the apartment. I m disabled and have had my voucher for 25yrs so I m not going to do anything to lose it. I ve always paid my rent and other bills on time. I dont drive (because of my disability) so a one-stop shopping (ie. Wal-mart) or busline would be nice. My voucher amounts are 640 if I pay ALL uitlities 717 is I pay ELECTRIC only and 805 if utilities are INCLUDED. Surely somebody in Mesa has an apartment that I can rent (I need to get out of my daughter s house I m going crazy)
