Hi We are looking to fill a cheap spacious private unfurnished room (145x110 inches or 14.5x9 feet) in Palo Alto at the beginning of March until August 15th (with the opportunity to renew the lease for another year). The room has its own door to a nice bathroom you will share with 1 other person and it comes with a parking space under a roof. The room will come partially furnished (no bed) and the entire apartment is furnished. For 1100 month (plus 50 dollars for utilities) you can live on Alma St. right off Oregon Express a 5 minute walk to the California Ave. Caltrain Station a fifteen minute bike ride to Stanford s Campus a 5-10 minute drive to the 101 and a 10-15 minute drive to the 280. There are also a ton of restaurants walking distance on CA ave and downtown PA is a short bike ride a shorter car ride and a super cheap uber ride. If you re the right person--girl guy or anything in-between--you will be living with 3 Stanford affiliated men (boys)....
