Due to our continued growth Your Way Property Services is hiring an Irrigation Technician to join our team. You are dependable hard working self-motivated and pay close attention to detail. Previous experience with irrigation systems services and repairs preferred but willing to train the right person with limited irrigation knowledge.We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible If you meet the qualifications and are ready to work please see below on how to apply. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience with irrigation system start-ups winterization troubleshooting and repairs. Have a valid Michigan Chauffer s license and DOT Medical Card (or the ability to obtain them) Have a strong work ethic and are dependable Ability to maintain records and keep reports on conditions and repairs of all irrigation systems. Able to keep track of inventory parts supplies and equipment Experience with irrigation installs and ability to read interpret plans a plus Good customer service skills and ability to communicate with clients Duties and Responsibilities Perform Irrigation system Start-ups Repairs & Winterizations Conduct regular system inspections Keep all vehicles tools and equipment clean and organized Work in a variety of outdoor conditions lift up to 50lbs. bend and shovel for extended periods of time Communicate frequently and thoroughly with the Irrigation and General Managers. Follow proper safety policies and procedures Be an active part of our snow removal and ice management crew during the winter months.
