Harry Street Wichita Kansas 67218 is currently hiring a Senior Leader-CCC. Responsibilities include The Senior Supervisor directs all daily sales floor activities within the assigned location. The objective of the Senior Supervisor is to create a high performance culture through an effective and versatile leadership style obtaining best in class results. He she effectively manages a segment of the inbound Reservations and Member Services Supervisor teams and associates to optimize CEC performance. The Senior Supervisor contributes to the overall direction of the Wichita CEC by working closely with their teams peers and support staff to deliver maximum performance at the lowest overall cost to the company. Performance is measured through hourly daily weekly and monthly key metrics to ensure best possible performance within the CEC. Overall effectiveness is measured through sell to call conversion agent talk handle time effective use of STAR cost effectiveness (cost per call) and overall customer & client satisfaction. Within the unique environment of the Wichita Customer Engagement Center the Senior Supervisor will support the local and the senior leadership teams to provide support for the entire site and support the physical plant HR financial and administrative functions within the center. Key Accountabilities CCC Operations & Leadership Assists the other senior CEC leaders in developing and implementing the CEC strategic and operating plan. Provides management direction to the CEC staff ensuring that designated duties are performed as required by all personnel and that the center performance objectives are met. Along with other CEC leaders is a leader of change within the CEC. Constantly challenges current business approach and service delivery. Provides direct leadership to Supervisors and indirect supervision to all hourly associates. Ensure Supervisors are providing guidance and support to their teams and that they are learning and growing in their leadership skills as outlined in the Success Profile Definitions of Marriott s Core Competencies. Through leadership of their Supervisor teams ensures Associate performance is monitored daily and reviews these statistics personally becoming personally involved as needed to drive the best possible performance from the operation focusing on key behaviors. Supports our Be Nice efforts by engaging with all employees and actively participating in operational discussions employee quality groups hotel site visits and special projects that may be assigned. Financial Assists the Senior CEC leaders to manage the operating budget of the CEC and authorize expenditures that are essential while controlling costs of the location. Achieves monthly financial targets. Human Resources Working with HR ensures the CEC is attracting the best available talent pool in the market by ensuring Marriott is perceived as a premier employer in the area. Supports all recruiting hiring and training efforts within the CEC. Engage with the HR and Leadership Development teams to develop their own leadership skills and those of their direct reports. Using the key measure of Engagement feedback monitors employee feedback and morale to ensure a high degree of employee satisfaction is maintained at all times.
