looking for a loving young Rottweiler either male or female

The lady who has my dog buster fell in love and dose not want to give him back now I m looking for the kind of dog that I want and that I m familiar with. I would rather have one at a young age so I can train him or her myself and so he or she will be around for a long time. The cheaper the better I spent a lot of money on my last dog between food poop bags shots toys shampoo leashes pet deposit and also getting him back from ARL when my ex took him from me I m really in need for a new best friend just move to a new city or what I would call a new town and I m very lonely please help us both and send your puppy to good loving home
