We are looking for a Bread Baker to bake at our Downtown Toronto Eastside Bakery.We specialize in freshly made Artisan Style Breads and Boules with a European influence. Made from scratch daily.This is a full-time intermediate Baker position reporting to our Head Baker. Wages will be very competative and based on experience.Shifts are overnight and or early morning start and will include rotating weekend shifts with our Head Baker. Other shift schedule(s) may be possible.. inquire.Some Artisan Style Bread experience would be an asset but we offer full training and support.You must be comfortable lifting between 30-50lbs have the ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions.Some basic cleaning of equipment and baking area will be required.
