This would be a 3-5 month sublease (June 1st-October 31st) of a private room in a 2BR apartment. I am posting the add on my roommate behalf. Please see details below RENT 1100 includes heat and hot water. There is no broker fee however deposit ( 1100) and first months rent will be required. Electricity & Wifi are not included in rent and are approximately 80 after split and combined per month (depending on air con usage)THE APARTMENT & LOCATION The apartment is furnished with the basics. The bedroom is furnished with a full size bed and mattress large dresser desk and table (the computer will be removed when you move in). The apartment is in Sunnyside and a really great neighborhood. It has lots going on and quick and easy access to and from the city. The 7 train (52nd street) is A 8-10 MINUTE WALK from the apartment.There are lots of restaurants and bars around as well as numerous 24 grocery stores.ABOUT MYSELF I am a easy going professional in my mid twenties working in Manhattan. I work typically from 9-7pm. I have a flexible working schedule which means 2-3 days a week I may choose to work from home. I like to eat out and chill when I get home in the evenings.I like to tidy up especially around the common areas -- bathroom and kitchen. Im quiet and considerate of other housemates. On the weekends I go out to brunches and out with friends in and around the city. WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR I am looking for someone who is employed in a stable job and preferably in their mid twenties. You should be independent clean friendly and drama-free. No smoking drugs or pets in the apt. The apartment can be small so the room is for only.
