Go get your bestie or 3 of your besties and sign up for The New York City Ekiden today.This race is part of the 2016 NYCRUNS InterClub Challenge (you do not have to be in a club to run).Learn more about the history of the Ekiden on Wikipedia if you like but the NYC Ekiden is comprised of 4 equal legs each of which is approx 5kms long.The course will be similar to our standard 5K course seen here .Only two and 4 person teams are allowed and you must alternate runners at each leg.
