Starting Wednesday July 13th Whispers of Wellness is hosting 2 afternoon classes a week at the Middle Park State School Hall. While most POP Pilates moves originate from classical Pilates the class design relationship with music sequencing and reps differ from reformer classes and traditional mat classes.
