El grupo fundador de Las Americas Discovery Charter School propone abrir una nueva escuela p blica en el distrito 17. Presentaremos una Carta de Intenci n en Junio del 2016 a NYSED . Si la propuesta es aprobada LADCS servir a estudiantes en K nder y Primer grado en el oto o del 2017 y a adiremos un grado cada a o hasta llegar al 5to grado en el 2021 (k-5). La propuesta y la escuela se basar n en 1. Alta ense anza y un aprendizaje de excelencia 2. Una ense anza y aprendizaje acad mico Innovador 3. Creando responsabilidad y gozo en el estudiante por su aprendizaje juntamente con la colaboraci n de los padres. Somos una escuela p blica y la matr cula es gratuita.
