I am currently looking for a FEMALE roommate to sublease. I have a apartment already. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment so you ll have your own privacy. I am a female as well. 25 black bi ( currently with a female) and i am 420 friendly. This is NOT a hookup live in looking for a professional roommate. No pets no big crowds over no kids no couples tidiness in the common area is a must no live in friends bf gf etc. Rent must be paid on time i will not help. We will split the bill of rent cps water and wifi which is not included in rent. I don t have cable. Not included in rent. I m looking for someone asap in May early June. The apartments are quiet everyone is friendly and there is little to no trouble over here. There is valet trash a dog park kids park a pool open yearly a business center it a gated community a washer and dryer included ( mine unless your willing to help replace for new ones no more than 300 on a used set) we have a laundry mat as well its about 10 min from UTSA LACENTRA MALL SEA WORLD AND FLAGS. Its about 20 mins from lackland afb. A background and credit check will be done before moving in. You ll need 4 current check stubs from your jobs you ve worked at for at least a year. I work nights and am rarely home but when i am i do want a clean environment that isn t populated with people who don t live there. i listen to my music loud at times so if you do to that s fine. The apartment is located on the second floor no elevators. Only serious inquiries respond. Again looking for a asap move in with a female who is looking for a lease at least ONE YEAR LONG.
