Greetings Looking for someone to take over my lease in the apartment that I share with my cousin. I recently relocated for my job and will need someone to move in immediately to help my cousin with covering the cost for rent. We re currently renting a 2-bedroom 1.5 bath loft at Northgate Apartment complex in Revere MA. The apartment comes with a full kitchen air conditioners in living room as well as a patio. The open bedroom is unfurnished and located on the first floor next to the full bathroom. In addition the apartment complex includes washer dryer facility parking and swimming pool and in walking distance to the nearest CVS Market Basket Planet Fitness and several restaurants. My roommate is a mid 20s young professional who is looking for a male roommate around the same age who is clean respectful of others property and is comfortable with dogs (He currently has a pit bull in the apartment). The monthly rent will be 1300 as this will cover rent electricity and cable internet. Heat and water are covered by the apartment complex. Note Interested applicants will need to be approved by the leasing manager before moving in.
