Busy HVAC Company looking for additional office assistanceMain Tasks & Responsibilities Basic Office Duties Answering phones filing responding to emails creating new customer folders keeping office in stock with materials receiving shipments Scheduling Dispatching Working with the office supervisor to schedule appointments and estimates for the technicians and supervisor. Confirming or rescheduling appointments with customers. Data Entry Making reports and spreadsheets on excel in a timely matter Quickbooks Research to ensure that certain invoices have been paid looking up part information for projects based off invoice number or service date. Internet Research Parts Ordering Searching the web to find parts or tools for a particular project. Provide payment information for technicians purchasing materials at local suppliers.
