This beautiful like new camper has never been smoked in no pets & smells like new . It has everything you need to enjoy a trip to the park.. I ride horses & motorcycles but you could pull your boat trailer.. I have been hauling the Lance on my F250 3 4 ton . It has a full bath forced air furnaace & A C refrig. is a 3-way (ac - dc - gas) 6 gal. hot water heaater for nice warm showers. This unit sold new for 13k the 2 burner stove will cook your morning coffee & the sink in the kitchen will wash the dirty cup with hot water..
