Reviewing logbooks medical books sign-in sheets and telephone messages. Assisting in the daily to do list and coordinating recreational activities. Providing training to new staff. Assisting direct support professionals in filling relief hours. Overseeing daily finances as needed. Relaying information from the Direct Support Manager to direct support professional staff. Attending and participating in all staff meetings. All other responsibilities judged to be responsible and fundamental for the necessary supports of an individual with a developmental disability under their care. Qualifications Flexibility and dependability Must possess organizational skills Must be able to work effectively with manager Good communication skills (oral and written) Valid driver s license A favorable National Background check.
