ILPS is seeking a fresh Technical Security Manager. If you are looking for the opportunity to step out from under the wing of your Senior Technician or Technical Manager then there is an exciting opportunity within the ILPS team. This is a key role for a person with proven experience in Alarm CCTV and Access Control Systems. Based in Surrey BC this role requires skills to deal with all facets of security installations and installation management. You will be required to assist the Business Development Manager with design and management of small and large projects and from time to time assist with R& D procurement estimating quoting drafting and relationship building. You will be responsible for providing ongoing support and training to our in-house technicians and working with the operations team to ensure all jobs are completed on time and within budget whilst delivering quality that exceeds the expectations of our valued clients. The successful applicant must have - 3 years of installation experience in Alarms IP CCTV and Access Control - Strong team player values with a Can-Do attitude and passion for excellence - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to inspire and motivate technical team - Progressive and innovative thinking - Current Security license - TQ Certification - Up-to-date knowledge of latest trends in technology This is a very exciting opportunity with a competitve package for a person that wants to build and grow with us.
