Room in an 842sq ft apt

2 bedroom 842sq ft apartment. The living room is fully furnished and I have cable tv(direct tv with a DVR) and internet. If you would like to use these services I am asking you to pay half of the bill every month(I will show you each bill). You must pay half of the electricity every month(again I will show you the bill). The apartment is not equipped with anything requiring gas so there is no bill for that. I do have a cat that is strictly an indoor cat. She is box trained and the box is in my bedroom. She sleeps with me at night but roams the apartment during the day and when I am at work. There are 2 bathrooms one in my room and one in the hall between the 2 rooms. The one in the hall is the only one with a shower so of course we must share. The apartment complex has a pool on site laundry a fitness room and a business center with online access and access to a printer. The apartment is conveniently located right across the street from a Food 4 Less and maybe a mile away from a stater brothers.
