Its pet friendly and allows cats and dogs although agressive breeds are restricted. There is a dog park.I am the first person to live in this unit and for personal reasons I havent really been able to actually live there for about the last 2 months out of the roughly 6 months I have had the unit.My security deposit will transfer but you will be responsible for any pet fees pet rent and other charges such as water and valet trash pickup.You must have decent credit good rental history and good income.
