Resource Staffing Group Is Now Hiring for Shrimp Season Resource Staffing Group is currently hiring Shrimp processors for our shrimp season to start in the beginning of June. Position involves fast-paced manual work to complete repetitive tasks as a part of a team. Ideal candidates will have good hand-eye coordination and be quick accurate and safety conscious. JOB DUTIES - Process shrimp quickly and store under controlled conditions to ensure high quality and avoid waste. - Manually remove shrimp shell and waste from product. - Inspect shrimp on conveyors and sort for size and quality. - Load and unload raw or pre-packaged products. - Pack and weigh shrimp and count packs before freezing. - Prepare Shrimp for processing freezing packing and shipping. - Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas. HOURS Full time day or swing shift. Weekends required. PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS - Enjoy manual work in a cold environment - Good hand-eye coordination and be able to do quick and accurate work with hands. - Able to work as part of a team - Ability to handle repetitive tasks - Ability to stand for the entire shift. REQUIREMENTS Drug screen and background check. Must be minimum 18 years of age. No experience required entry level.
