Here is a new Matra cylinder head socket for Volkswagen. Matra is a large company based in Germany that supplies special tools to VW and Audi. This is the Matra model T10070 socket. It is for the cylinder head bolts on new VW-Audi engines. It is 1 2 drive and around 168mm (6 3 4 ) long. You will also need this on old engines if the old screws have been replaced with the new polydrive. We don t have a cross reference to the exact cars please consult your service manual and inspect your bolts before buying this tool. The polydrive sockets have 6 flutes with sharp edges.
