Our client a growing manufacturer located near Sunderland Vermont is seeking a Quality Manager to plan direct coordinate evaluate and provide leadership and development for its quality in the areas of manufacturing metrology and incoming areas. Responsible for technical leadership of quality engineers oversight of productivity safety and employee relations objectives. Responsible for developing and implementing quality improvement plans. Responsible for root cause analysis calculations managing FDA regulatory audits and maintaining updates to the cGMP QSR ISO guidelines as well as other related regulations. Bachelor s degree required plus three to five years experience in Quality Systems. Management experience in FDA regulated manufacturing and Class 3 electromechanical medical devices is required.
