Private roomandbath must like dogs

Hello I am looking for a roommate to move in by September 1st. I live in a big house with my Chiweenies in sparks. it includes internet laundry and utilities for 650 a month and a 200 deposit 250 with a pet. might be willing to work with deposit for the right person. I will allow a pet as long as my dogs and your pet get along. There is a big back yard and very open layout. lots of privacy. About me I am a 27yr old female and I work a lot I am always in and out and when I am in I am usually relaxing or sleeping. I am not a neat freak but I try to keep things tidy and I def pick up after myself. I am looking for someone who is honest and respectful and mindful of other people that wants to help each other out and save money.
