Capable of providing independent leadership in technical aspects of Lean tools. Demonstrated ability to motivate a large group of employees required Strong project management skills required skilled in communication presentation leadership and excel. 15% travel Plant Lean Leader duties Develops and lead annual Lean Manufacturing program with Plant Manager to increase CI Culture using the Lean tools (Kaizen VM 5s TPM QCO VSM BBP SW SPS). Do review and update Value Stream Mapping for high level and product families. Lead through VSM high level the vision of the Plant to reduce lead time and waste. Defines action plan for VSM opportunities (Lean JDI or DMAIC projects loaded in CI Trac as needed). Mentors and coach DMAIC Lean responsible (Practitioners) to drive successful project. Coordinates and lead 5s improvements to increase 5s culture. Lead and support Workshops (Kaizen events) according JCMS MPs. Deploy Standardized Work (SW) for all operations. Train High Performance Teams and improve SW when is required keep records. Analyze throughput productivity and MU performance as is required and share monthly reports. Creates and deploy strategy plan to improve productivity with Plant Manager and Area Managers. Identify share and replicate Best Practices (BPs) in Plant. Lead BPs Committee to share best practices using lesson learned format and Trac.
