This year more than 6 of Central Illinois finest chefs are coming together for a magical evening to support local food and farming in Illinois. They ll each be serving up 1 to two small plates made with fresh seasonal ingredients from area farmers and you get to try them all The nationally-known and locally-grown band Deep Hollow will also be setting up to serenade us with their amazing harmonies and acoustic style and renowned chef Ken Myszka of Epiphany Farms Restaurant will be our key-note speaker for the evening regaling us with his adventures as both a chef and now a farmer at 1 of central Illinois premier farm-to-table restaurants....
