Quick access to Rts 90 87 via route 7 downtown Albany is 20 min in rush hour Troy is 25. Household has a quiet cooperative vibe that we want to keep. We have three snuggly cats Your personal space is a bedroom (furnished) with ceiling fan cedar closet and picture windows with wooden blinds and lovely full bath (that doubles only as the powder room for guests). House includes a lodge-like living room full dining room mudroom library shelves wood-burning fireplace generous kitchen picture windows front porch back deck fire-pit raised garden boxes large yard and creek.
