Hi my name is Medard Acosta and I m a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. Whether your goal is to gain strength create lean mass (get tone ) lose weight get better in sports learn how to properly squat like an olympic lifter or become healthier I tailor the training experience based on each individual. I provide FREE assessments AND an introductory session that needs analysis. I can travel to you if you have an in-home gym OR I also have access to a facility in Jersey City if you re willing to travel. LIMITED time slot available. First come first serve. I ve been involved with health and fitness since high school spawned from playing sports. I ve had past experience in bodybuilding competitive powerlifting and recently competitive olympic weightlifting. I have trained people from all walks of life in commercial gyms and have a very practical approach to fitness (integrative approach through delegation facilitation and demonstration). I am a current student pursuing an MS degree in Exercise Physiology and Physical Education at Montclair State University and obtained my BA degree in Psychology at Felician College.
