Rufus - Male Australian Shepherd

Hi I am Rufus I am a 12 year old Australian Shepherd. I was sad to find myself at the shelter at my age so I went on a hunger strike until I got out. It worked Now I am in a foster home where I am getting my strength back eating like a champ and rebuilding my strength. I lost my gorgeous fur coat it was too matted to save but it will grow back I love everyone and everything. I love people dogs cats chickens you name it I have not met anything I dont like. I am an older guy so I am looking for a home that isnt too crazy. I love to go for short hikes (a few miles) and long strolls around the neighborhood. I love going for car rides and meeting new people. I love naps in the sun and resting on the cool tile floor. My most favorite thing is lots and lots of petting have I mentioned I love people I am housebroken I dont love the crate but I dont need it at my age. I have had full bloodwork done and I am a healthy guy.
