Home or Manufactured Home for rent

Just my wife and I and 1 daughter still at home. We need a rent purchase home in the country or must have fenced yard. We do have 4 very well trained dogs we acquired in our pet rescue we helped with in Memphis. We love this area and want to retire here. we are both 62 with a 5k per month income. We would love to have payments under 950.00 per month. We are paying that now on a rental only home. We need a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Can supply many references as we are very dependable. Home can be a manufactured home as well as a standard home. We love the country and next to water if possible.Please help.
