Heating and cooling Sales

Holland Heating and Cooling is now hiring experienced HVAC sales. Sell residential HVAC equipment Manage all functions of the installation. Manage and assist installation crews. Produce quality installations in a prompt timely fashion with maximum productivity & exceptional customer service. Duties Perform residential sales calls. Some nights and weekends. Work up pricing and bidding all projects per Holland Heating and Cooling pricing plan & structure. Be involved in scheduling so the right crew gets the right installation Managing all jobs profitably and within stated time frame. Acquiring all permits etc. for the jobs being sold to ensure compliance with all state and local codes. REQUIREMENTS 1. Possessing excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to sell to a wide range of residential customers. 2. Be a self-motivated extrovert tactful organized goals oriented professional. 3. Familiarity with the following software programs Word Excel Outlook. 4. High school diploma or its equivalent 5. Valid state drivers license 6. Lift and carry minimum 50 lbs 7. 10 years minimum Selling or residential building trades experience 8. Pass current drug testing
