From a Hospice Volunteer BRIDGE HOSPICE NEEDS YOU LET US CONNECT YOU TO A WAY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE Bridge is a patient centered boutique hospice that is dedicated to connecting our patients and their families to excellent End-of-Life care. Bridge is currently seeking new dedicated individuals who wish to share their talents skills expertise or time with the Bridge Hospice Volunteer Program.
